Because we care for the environment and the well-being of our planet, in 2019 we began developing 100% recyclable packaging. It is also an answer to the customers' frequent inquiries about this type of packaging.

WHAT IS IT LIKE NOW?

Currently, most barrier packaging is produced from film laminates, i.e. a combination of two or three types of film. It is the lamination that determines:

- appropriate physicochemical properties of film, which enable forming and sealing of packages;

- that the packaging becomes a high barrier packaging, i.e. it enables Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP)/vacuum Packaging and is a barrier to oxygen, water vapor or fragrances.

Unfortunately, at this point in time, laminated packaging is difficult to recycle, or not recyclable at all.

WHAT DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE?

Packaging that is 100% recyclable, made from one type of raw material and at the same time has the properties of high barrier packaging. Successful results of process trials and tests bring us closer to the launch of a recyclable product, with properties similar to those of the currently used packaging materials.

WHAT CAN WE ALREADY OFFER?

At the moment, we offer doypacks and eco-style stabilo bags, i.e. covered with (brown or white) kraft paper. We can produce packaging with a product window. As standard we have doypack packaging with the capacity of 250ml to 2000ml, both with and without a product window. We can make prints on customer's request.
