Process
PREPRESS
Our prepress studio prepares designs for customers according to their requirements and helps optimize them for flexographic printing.
PRINTING
We print using state-of-the-art 8-color flexographic printing machines. We offer topcoat varnishes (matt, paper touch, UV).
LAMINATION
In the lamination process, we join films into duplex or triplex multi-layered laminates.
DECEPTION
The film is appropriately conditioned to obtain the right physical and chemical parameters before the next production process.
CUTTING
During roll rewinding and cutting, smaller rolls of laminate are made for downstream processes or shipped directly to the customer.
WELDING AND FORMING
In the forming and bonding process, the final product is created from laminates - a pouch of the specified shape and finishing options.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control takes place at each production stage. Many film and packaging parameters are tested by means of specialized equipment.
WAREHOUSE
We have large high packaging stock levels, which allows us to ship goods immediately to the customer.
In recent years we have become one of the largest manufacturers of doypack packaging in Europe, having 5 production lines dedicated only for this type of packaging.
